Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before it's shipped for a full refund.

Do orders come with tracking?

Yes, you will be sent the tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.

How long will it take to get my order?

I will do my best to get your order shipped within 2-3 days after purchase. Unfortunately it's hard to get an exact estimate for how long it will take to arrive after an order has been shipped, but within the U.S. it should be no more than 3-5 business days. International orders are trickier to estimate and could take 1-3 weeks.

Where do you ship?

At this time, I offer shipping worldwide.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I accept returns for up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Do you offer free shipping?

I'm unable to offer free shipping at this time.

Can I request a custom tarot card deck?

I'm not offering commissions for tarot card decks at this time; however, I'm always open to requests for deck themes that you would like to see, so feel free to contact me about them!
